Due to his passion, Ian enjoys working with and analyzing investment properties. What he lacks in experience, he makes up for with his pertinacious work ethic, professional integrity, and utmost loyalty to his clients. He is the type of person who will readily admit if he does not know the answer to a question. Nevertheless, he will not stop until he finds the answer. His fascination with technology allows him to leverage innovative tools and platforms to provide added value to his clients. In addition to his tech-savviness, Ian’s youth brings energy, adaptability, and a fresh mindset to his work. He is quick to embrace new ideas and approaches, always seeking creative solutions to meet his clients’ needs. As a Rockland County resident for the past 31 years, Haim possesses an intimate understanding of the communities he serves. Equipped with this local knowledge, he provides his clients with a distinct advantage, whether they are looking to lease, buy, or sell commercial properties.
Prior to joining Christie’s, Haim was the owner of a successful art and design company since 1993. His full-service print and design firm specialized in photography, page layout, retouching, and printing. With a longstanding passion for real estate, Haim embraced the opportunity to transition into a new career that offers greater flexibility while allowing him to pursue his professional interests.
Through his affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, Haim leverages the strength of the company’s unparalleled corporate marketing services and superior customer service programs. With a particular interest in real estate law, Robert understands the complexities of property sales, lease transactions, and housing regulations. He views real estate as a pathway to financial freedom and stability and approaches each home-buying journey as a personal mission. Dedicated to delivering smooth and beneficial transactions, Robert also brings experience from the commercial sector, having worked in the development of coworking spaces, pop-up commercial venues, art galleries, and industrial properties.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Robert graduated from Yale University and earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He served as a Research Assistant focusing on property rights, taught Entrepreneurial Law, and contributed as a member of the Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Council.
Robert remains deeply committed to his community by volunteering with LawHelpNY, where he assists fellow New Yorkers in accessing essential legal resources as tenants, landlords, and property owners. He also serves on the Board of Autism Communities, a nonprofit organization that partners with developers to create affordable housing solutions that promote independent living for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Outside of serving his clients, Robert hosts his own podcast focused on real estate investment and technology, while mentoring and supporting small businesses. In his free time, he enjoys renovating his home in Cornwall, NY, spending quality time with his family upstate, and pursuing creative projects in metal sculpture and photography.
