Silvio has been running Regent Heating and Air Inc., for over 20 years. Growing in the HVAC field he holds many licenses and certifications. Ian Heyman’s approach to tackling life’s challenges is to think outside of the box. He grew up in Briarcliff Manor, New York, and currently resides in Yonkers with his mother. Ian graduated from high school earlier than most of his classmates, finishing the school year months in advance. 
 
 

His passion for real estate investing pushed him to get his real estate license and jump into the real estate industry. He is currently the youngest agent on Bryan Lanza’s Commercial team. Due to his passion, Ian enjoys working with and analyzing investment properties. What he lacks in experience, he makes up for with his pertinacious work ethic, professional integrity, and utmost loyalty to his clients. He is the type of person who will readily admit if he does not know the answer to a question. Nevertheless, he will not stop until he finds the answer. His fascination with technology allows him to leverage innovative tools and platforms to provide added value to his clients. In addition to his tech-savviness, Ian’s youth brings energy, adaptability, and a fresh mindset to his work. He is quick to embrace new ideas and approaches, always seeking creative solutions to meet his clients’ needs. As a Rockland County resident for the last 31 years, Haim has an intimate understanding of the communities he serves. Equipped with this knowledge, Haim gives his clients a great advantage, whether they are looking to lease, buy or sell commercial properties.

Prior to joining Christie’s, Haim was the owner of a successful art and design company since 1993; a full-service print/design company specializing in photography, page layout, retouching and printing. Haim has always had a deep interest in real estate and is now able to pursue a new career that offers more flexibility, allowing for a better work-life balance.

With his affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, Haim is able to leverage the strength of Christie’s unparalleled corporate marketing services and superior customer service programs to support his clients and provide a seamless real estate experience.

Prior to embarking on his real estate career, Robert graduated from Yale University and earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Robert served as a Research Assistant, focusing on property rights. He also taught Entrepreneurial Law and served on the Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Council.

Robert remains deeply committed to his community by volunteering for LawHelpNY, where he aids fellow New Yorkers in accessing crucial legal resources as tenants, landlords, and property owners. Additionally, Robert serves on the Board of Autism Communities, a nonprofit organization that collaborates with developers to create affordable housing solutions to promote independent living for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

When he isn’t serving his clients, Robert runs his own podcast on real estate investment and technology and enjoys mentoring and supporting small businesses. In his free time, Robert spends time renovating his home in Cornwall, NY, cherishing moments upstate with his family, and working on metal sculpture and photography projects.
