Proposed Project: The proposed project is a twin 15-story mixed use building. There will be 225 apartments, parking for 135-150 cars, and commercial space at street level. The commercial space will include 15,000 square feet for a supermarket and 1,500 square feet for a bank branch and pharmacy.

The Cross County Parkway, the Bronx River Parkway, and Hutchinson River Parkway are all within the citys borders. Also, the city borders. I-95 and I-87 are less than a mile from the cirtys borders. Also, the city is the termination point of two MTA subway lines (#2 and #5 lines) and is crisscrossed by 9 Bee Line bus routes.
